Baptism is a requirement for salvation giving the great commission our Lord Jesus gave us before leaving earth. Matt. 28:19 says "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

Yes, it is. We cannot be saved by faith only. God asks us to have an obedient faith.
Acts 2:38, Marc 16:16 show us that baptism is necessary !

In Hebrew 11, we see that every time people had faith, they were obedient and did what God asks them to do. Faith was never alone.
