There is nobody like you, Lord
“For who has known the mind of the lord, or who became his counselor? or who has first given to him that it might be paid back to him again?” (NASB) Romans 11: 34-35

Many people in the world over have some knowledge of the existence of God. Many people therefore conclude that “we all worship the same God in our own way”. Would one God give different instructions as to how people must worship him? Paul in Romans 10 indicates that some people have the zeal to serve God but not based on knowledge. We must therefore not copy the world in their lost imaginations of this pluralistic approach to worshiping God. The world is lost in its unfounded argument that “if there is any condemnation after death, why hasn’t God destroyed the earth? Has it not been over 2000 years after He walked on the face of this earth as man and promised to come for his chosen ones?
But the verses in the above reading say “for the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable… For God has shut up all in disobedience so that He may show mercy to all.” (Romans 11:29, 32 NASB). We as Christians that have received the truth must make it a duty to remember the others in the world in our prayers so that all the “full numbers of God’s people come to Christ” (1 Corinthians 10:33).
This is God’s will and so we must tell this to the world and not let them continually think that our God’s patience is his weakness. 2 Peter 3: 15 say “And remember that the Lord’s patience gives people time to be saved…” God’s utmost patience is geared towards his word in 1 Timothy 2:4 which reveals God’s intention for everything- “who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.”
Beloved redeemed and saint of God, let us not be wise in our own estimation as is the case of the World. Let’s trust in God’s desire to save all according to his mercies; all those who will open their hearts to him. The depth of the riches of his wisdom and knowledge is incomprehensible. His judgments are unsearchable and unfathomable are his ways. No one can be your counselor, for there is indeed nobody like you oh LORD
