A Message of Hope

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future, then you will call upon me and come and pray to me and I will listen to you.(NIV) Jeremiah 29:10-12
It is observed that it took the effort of one man, Jeremiah, to carry the comforting words (words of hope) from God to the Israelites in exile. It is expected that, the Israelites would be filled with joy to know that the Lord had not forsaken them. As Christians, it is our responsibility to send a message of hope and comfort or lend a helping hand to people in circumstances they deemed hopeless. This act of kindness will go a long way to lighten their load. Let us be each other’s keeper. Read more...
