“As long as it is day, we must do the work of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no-one can work.” (NIV) John 9: 4

There is no dangerous word in human speech than this word “TOMORROW”. The tragedy hidden in this word has robbed many of their success. Many make plans for tomorrow but do not live to see this “TOMORROW” or tomorrow comes but the plans fail.

This word may sound so innocent but it is perilous. It is unfortunate Christians also fall as prey as we procrastinate about the work of God. Often than not, we desire to do what is personal and pressing TODAY instead of spending time with God or sharing His word. In the same way, many unbelievers postpone their salvation to tomorrow.

Dear, let us boost not of Tomorrow as if we know what tomorrow brings to us. Tomorrow may bring undesirable things such as death or judgment to mention but a few. Let us not wait for tomorrow before we repent and turn to God.

Jesus our savior is knocking at the door of our hearts with His promise in Luke 14:17… come, for everything is now ready”. Don’t wait for tomorrow to give your life to Christ if you are not a believer. And never relent to do God’s work as a Christian, member of the redeemed.

The only preparation for tomorrow is the right use of today. Let us not fail to come to Jesus now to be saved and to start TODAY to do his will because we may never have the opportunity again. Tomorrow may be too late.
