We all allude to the fact that we have busy schedules; all week, all month and in extreme cases all year. For this reason, we spend no time or spare of our time (at best) in communion with our Lord Jesus Christ. The hymn above (Day by day) instructs us to make conscious efforts to know Christ daily.
Here are three things I believe can help us to know Christ day by day:
1. Praying every day (and not only when we face challenges) - 1 Thess. 5:17
2. Spending time with the Word of God- Psalm 119:105; 2 Tim 2:15
3. Meeting with Believers - Heb. 10:25
May God help us to know Him, even more, in our days.
