No Excuse
"For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts" (NKJV) Romans 1:20-21
We have so many reasons to be grateful to God day in and day out for His magnanimous nature and marvellous works. Many people have lived on this earth before our generation. It was, and it is this same God who lived with them and still lives with us forever.
The things God has made should continuously remind us that there is a Supreme Power to whom we should ascribe all glory, adoration and honour. Talk of the mountains, rich minerals, forests, glooming skies, the planets, and the waters of the earth coupled with the marvellous sea currents and conducive tidings. Man knows all these but refuses to revere God, thus walking in his own lewd ways.
Beloved, we do not need to see God physically to believe and obey Him (John 20:29). We do not also have to worship man-made images to believe in the existence of God because He doesn’t exist in such things. He is the Creator of the Heavens and Earth (Genesis 1:1) and the things therein. He is Spirit and we must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24-25).
